Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staffmember2. Ensure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces new employees to thecorporate culture3. Implement and manage a performance management system based on performanceorientation4. Deliver compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive team each monthand make recommendations to improve the companys current offerings5. Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods forimproving overall employee satisfaction6. Act as liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensurethat all employment policies follow current laws and regulations7. Manage high-quality recruitment for Critical positions in time8. High-pressure Recruitments with a swift TAT Cost effectively with in allocated Budget9. Maintain and manage Statutory compliance as per Shops && establishment Act for thecorporate office10. Manage Payroll every month after due diligence in attendance and ensure Payroll strictly onthe due date11. Supervise Administration, within cost and allocated budget: Pantry, Health && Hygiene, cleanliness, Travel and stay bookings for employees on out-of-location duty12. Work and create avenues for interventions to help company reach/scale levels of GreatPlaces to work.13. Periodically have Training & Development intervention14.
