Job Description

  • Responsible for HR deliverables with respect to following areas of HR for the organization.
  • Responsible for Policy formulation & Policy review.
  • Responsible for Change management for facilitating organizational changes for business decisions.
  • Responsible for Designing and maintaining information flow for MIS and Database management. Facilitating informed decision-making and tracking critical metrics.
  • Ensuring timely MIS for top management.
  • Responsible for Performance Management including probation evaluation.
  • Responsible for Exit interview and full & final Settlement
  • To take care of Legal and Statutory matters of the company.
  • Responsible for bringing about a positive change in image of the organization as perceived by the Onsite employees.
  • To Standardized Recruitment, Selection Process. Created internal resourcing team and brought down recruitment cost.
  • Responsible for the Designing and Implementing of Performance Management Systems and linked them to incentives and rewards thus increasing the productivity and commitment.
  • Responsible for the Developing of strategic and implementation model for Leadership development across organization, through cluster group meetings and management review meetings.
  • Responsible for Skill Gap Analysis for training identification.
  • Responsible for Grievance Handling, counseling and conflict resolution.
  • Responsible for Periodic survey on Employee satisfaction
  • Responsible for Event Management, which includes organizing welfare activities for employees interaction and generating cordial work culture.
  • Responsible for Formulation and implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for the attendance and Leave Administration, Group Mediclaim Insurance, payroll and statutory requirements.
  • Recruitment & Selection, including assessing manpower requirements Vis a vis business plan, and using best sources of recruitment i.e. walk-ins, headhunting, employee references, portals, Campus recruitments.
Performance Appraisal & Management including probation evaluation, coaching, mentoring counseling and compensation planning.
