Job Description

Urgent Requirement For Quality Health Safety And Environment Management) From Food IndustryRoles and ResponsibilitiesShould be responsible for adhering to and maintaining the quality standards in anorganized and efficient manner. Also manages and ensures compliance to standardsand regulations.

  • Total Quality Control.
  • Developing step wise quality improvement program.
  • Maintain the regulatory documents.
  • Taking stringent quality measures including preparation / maintenance of
necessary documents and conducting audits to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Testing, Inspection, and Sensory analysis of semi-finished products,
finished products.
  • Online quality control and production process analysis, inspection of
production floor hygiene,CIP and sanitation process regularly.
  • Monitor and verify activities to ensure that all products coming in and out of the
facility meet food safety standards in addition to quality standards.
  • Preparation and implementation of Quality/Food Safety/Hygiene SOPs for the food
Operations.
  • HSE Coordinating & monitoring all EHS activities in around all sites.
  • Making Emergency plan and train all for their duties in case of emergency.
Conducting Mock Drill and continuous improvement on it. Specially focus of FireMock drill.
  • Monthly review of safety observation/major incidents-accidents with operation.
  • Preparing of KPI (Key Performance Identification) and Compilation of Safety Data,
Weekly/Monthly safety report.
  • Conducting Health Safety Environment & Food Safety Internal audit for all Pan
India Sites in the online tool and publishing the report to the respective operationteam with recommendation.Desired Candidate Profile8 to 15 years QHSE experience.Degree in a technical discipline, preferably food science, chemistry or technology.Excellent level of English language, both written and verbal, and the ability tocommunicate to all audience types and across cultures.Detail-oriented with the ability to work with accuracy and discipline.Leadership qualities, manpower handling, decision making.Contact - Sakshi Khatri8104986814 ,
