Job Description

We are looking to connect with Six Sigma Green Belt certified Quality Analyst candidate for 5 STAR HotelSalary NegotiableExperience min 1 yearJob Description -

  • Quality Assessment by going through calls, chats, e-mails and visits
  • Based on quality scores, auditor will be required to take quality and feedback sessions
  • Taking ownership for process improvement and working on Continuous Improvement
  • TNI & TNA on regular basis
  • Internal team calibration as and when required (probably twice a month)
  • Working closely with sales team and sharing feedback with respective RAs
  • Maintaining dashboard and adherence to routine activities by following quality calendar
  • Knowledge of QC tools and MS Office would be an added advantage.
