Candidate should be Graduate.Key Role and Responsibilities Includes:Recruit Shoppers using various online platforms on a daily basis as per task checklistCo-ordinationto shoppers of different regions through call/skype/emailTrain Shoppers and educate them on surveys, Guidelines, Qualifying Questions and confirming through dialogue and communicationScheduling of Shops andfinalisingthe completion of shopWeekly updates as per task checklist to clients for field work, report information, suggestions and recommendationsServe as single point of contact for assigned country/region and provide customer service to evaluators with questions, concerns, or technical problems.Discuss location and other project-specific issues to relevant Project Manager.Associated Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:Education- 12th Pass or a graduate with min 0 to 3 years experience in similar role or handled the outbound calls/recruitments of various regionsCompetency Skills:Good communication skills.
