  • Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client
  • Determininga clientsbusiness requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable.
  • Decide whether the software or hardware needs adapting to meet the clients needs
  • Answering any technical questions the client might have.
  • Presenting your findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the client
  • Travelling across India.
  • Coordinating with the government bodies, as we are mainly into serving the Government bodies with various products.
  • Produce new revenue by researching and analyzing potential prospects and sales options.
  • Meet sales revenue targets.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain sales activities and plans.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with current clients and their management teams by providing information, guidance, and support; recommending service and profit improvements; and recommending new opportunities.
  • Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close.
  • Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing information.
  • Mentor team members and teach improved processes in order to enhance staff accomplishments.
Requirements
  • BCA/BE degree in business administration or a related field
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
