Job Description

    esignation-Senior Mechanical draughtsmanQualification RequiredMechanical Engineer Diploma / DegreeExperience3-5+ year of experience in (Bioreactors/ Fermentation/ Process vessel drawing)Reporting to OfficeJoining Period Immediate Joining PreferredInterview conduct at OfficeLocation Preferred- Central Line Only-GhatkoparKey Skills & Responsibility-1) Should have advanced knowledge in solid work.2) Experience in preparing pipeline drawings particularly in solid work3) Prepare bills of material with the help of solid work.4) Should have the knowledge of Auto-CAD & Solid Work. Experience in the field of fabrication of vessels wouldbe preferred. Preparing assembly drawings, subassembly drawings, component drawings preparing pipelinedrawings.5) Designing, drafting and detail engineering of equipment such as Pressure vessels, Columns, Heat Exchangers,Storage Tanks as per ASME / API / TEMA & PED Preparation of mechanical data sheets.6) Ensuring that Designing of equipment is in a cost effective and efficient manner.7) Checking and reviewing BOM, fabrication drawing.8) Engineering Coordination with other divisions/ client.9) Technical discussion with clients if required10) Preparing bill of material or checking of the plant of given projects.11) Individual layout drawing & P&ID.12) Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans,blueprints, drawings, and models.13) Measuring component and making sketches. Maintaining the records of the design d epartment.14) Individual made of design qualification regarding job projects.15) Coordination with production and fabrication team and also with MD or Managers16) Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical equipment, dies/tools, and controls, usingcomputer-assisted drafting in solid works.17) Preparing plant in solid work and prepare Bill of marital from the solid work18) Coordinate with and consult other workers to design, layout, or detail components and systems and to resolvedesign or other problems.19) Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, ideas, and related data to assess factors affectingcomponent designs and the procedures and instructions to be followed.20) Compute mathematical formulas to develop and design detailed s pecifications for components or machinery,using computer-assisted equipment.21) Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies or to reduce production problems.22) Layout, draw, and reproduce illustrations for reference manuals and technical publications to describe theoperation and maintenance of mechanical systems.Kindly send me your updated CVatsayali@sharppoint.inwith below mentioned details.Current CTCExpected CTCNotice PeriodExperienceLocation
