Job Description

CANDIDATES PROFILE

  • 80% work on excel and need so to know v-look up, h-look-up, pivot tables, what if, count if, conditions, data validation, etc
  • Collating, Sourcing, Compiling Customer Database, Making MIS Reports, etc.
  • Undertaking web search or sourcing for validation of databases
  • Compile lists from various sources, undertake quality checks, unify the databases, etc.
  • Access and update CRM records
  • Maintaining and analysing reports of discussions and call history Requirements
Candidate Requirements / Qualifications / Experience / Skills
  • Have minimum 3 years experience
  • Knowledge of excel must (for e.g. tools like short-cut keys, custom filtering, pivot reports, database formatting formulae, V- Lookup, copy/Paste, Find/Replace etc.)
  • Good communication skills.
  • Prompt and quick turnaround capability.
  • Smart and pleasing personality.
  • A person ready to take on responsibilities at all times.
