Summary: You will be responsible for whole territory mapping, P & L A/C, building and nurturing relations with Principal Architects /High End Individuals, generating leads for conversion into orders by associate Sales Managers. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management along with Brand Creation through building strong working relations with Principal Architects /High End Individuals & brand promotional activities etc. Monthly forecasting and MIS Close liaison with top architects of his region Managing team and experience centre cum office Visit of Principal Architects/End Customers/Contractors to showroom. Leads from architects. Developing, guiding and Supervising team to achieve monthly targets. Brand Building and arranging meets with Architects/High End Individuals
