Job Description

Hello,We are looking for a Sr. H R Executiveto become part of our Human Resources department and are considering your candidature for the same. Kindly find below the details of the same.Job Description

  • Screening candidate profiles from various job portals and identifying candidates
  • Email blast on various portals at regular intervals for sourcing interested candidates
  • Calling the candidates for face to face interviews
  • Reminder calls for candidates to ensure they come for interviews at allotted time
  • Conducting interviews and ones selected for 2nd round introducing them to Head HR for interviews and finalisation
  • Follow up on selected candidates documentation
  • Joining Formality completion
  • Daily work reports and weekly MIS reports
  • Assisting with documentation of new joinees in the system
Candidate Requirements / Qualifications / Experience / Skills
  • A graduate with good knowledge of Recruitment.
  • Good interpersonal convincing skills along with good English communication ability.
  • Someone who can work independently and is confident about their decision making ability
  • Prompt and quick turnaround capability and responsible for their action
  • A personality that is able to engage others in conversation and a good listener
  • Understanding of human nature and ability to decipher members reactions and character
