You must know the game of identifying suspects whoconvert to prospects, prospects who become candidates and candidates who become hires. You would be usinga mix of in-house team and recruitment partners to meet the talent needs of the company.What you will do: Managing full cycle recruiting process for the organizations current requirements ensuring a smooth and positivecandidate experience. Interacting with Business Head and the Co-founder to understand perspectives of the role and role dimensions Recording the role dimensions and preparing a Job Specification and Description after a consensus amongst thestake holders Building a team of talent recruitment professionals who help the organisation meet its hiring needs withintimelines Mapping the market and competition for talent Appointing and briefing Head Hunters where necessary Benchmarking and identifying target companies Strategizing different ways to build the talent pipeline and execute on tactical research, referral generation, andsourcing campaigns Building strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future talent requirement Engaging and activating passive candidates Planning and executing campus hiring eventsCandidate Profile: Experience in innovative HR management in a professional environment Advanced written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail Ability to and experience in overseeing multiple projects and prioritizing appropriately under pressure Should have experience in effectively managing and coaching people Prior experience of managing employee relations and industrial relations Should have prior experience handling senior level recruitmentExperience: 2 to 5 years
