Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Feeding computerized entries of Bank/ Cash/ Sales/ Purchases in Tally ERP 9.0.
  • Maintaining Bank Book and Cash Book.
  • Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statement.
  • Preparing Monthly Working of TDS.
  • Recording Purchase, Sales, Bank, cash and credit card entries in QuickBooks Online Software.
  • Preparing Working filing GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B (40 Clients).
  • Prepare Reconciliation Statement between Books of Accounts, GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
  • Prepared Balance sheet and Profit & Loss A/c.
  • Manage, appraise, and mentor the Finance and Accounts department.
  • Overseeing financial department in day to day operations.
  • Create monthly and annual reports identify results, trends and financial forecasts.
  • Will be responsible for training and development of their team .
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Excellent with various account softwares like QuickBooks (Online & Desktop, Case ware) & Taxation Software like Lacerte, CCH.
  • This person will be responsible for handling a team
  • Must have more than 4 - 5 years of experience in same Industry
  • Excellent communication skills in English is must [Oral & Written].
  • Well versed with MS-Office tools: Word, Excel
  • Experience in handing in Corporate Tax & Corporate Audit with mid- side CA firm
  • Candidate with clean track record and high integrity
