Job Description

    Hello,We have an Urgent Opening for the position of HR Head at Worli-Mumbai.Company ProfileIt is an ethical, scientific-based pharmaceutical company committed to manufacturing and marketing quality pharmaceutical formulations in the Indian and International markets., a name that is symbolic of Medicines for Glowing Health,was established in 1984 and for over 30 years has established a strong presence through our dedicated service. It has a strong presence in anti-infective, pain, gynecological, pediatric, respiratory, and gastroenterology segments. Our well-trained field personnel meets over a lakh qualified practicing doctors and 60000 retail pharmacists across India. It has been very actively exporting its quality medicines to many semi-regulated CIS & African countries and lined up for entering into other semi-regulated markets immediately and regulated markets in the near future.Job Responsibilities:-
    • Lead HR projects like compensation plans revisions
    • Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations
    • Oversee our payroll and performance evaluation systems
    • Design company policies and procedures
    • Review and update our employment contracts and agreements
    • Prepare budgets by department
    • Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates
    • Manage internal communication projects (like job satisfaction surveys)
    • Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements
    • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
    • Establish and maintain HR KPIs and dashboard across the HR functions that capture ongoing employee life cycle activities as well as cyclical HR activities
    • Manage the internal and external HR reports,HR processes, and tools
    • Manage the leadership development programs for employees
    • Participate in global and local projects and initiatives to support the HR function
    Requirements
    • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
    • People-oriented and results-driven
    • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
    • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
    • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
    • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
    • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
    • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
    • Degree in Human Resources or related field
