Job Description

Please find the below job description of Travelconsultant/executive profile.Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle domestic and international, online and offline booking
  • Handling walking passenger & find out the best routing for them, as well as the best & cheapest fare for them.
  • Responsible to maintain database of clients and inquiries of customers on daily basis.
  • Update about the status of the requirements on end of the day.
  • Needs to co-ordinate with sub agents for quotations and charges.
  • Mail customers regarding their booking confirmation and help with them with the tickets as needed.
  • Draft invoice and update clients regarding payments needs to be done as per their due dates.
  • Follow up with the clients regarding quires and help them with the proper solution.
  • Post exciting offers and packages on social media platforms (whatsapp, facebook,etc)
  • Maintain books of accounts on daily basis
Location: Mulund (W)Skills:
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Well Organized
  • Competent IT skills
Reports:
  • Submit Inquiry Sheet with the current Status on weekly basis.
  • Submit outstanding amounts and follow up for the same on daily basis.
Salary Offered: Rs.10000 - Rs 15000
