Job Description

    Role: Treasury ManagerLocation: MumbaiRoles & Responsibilities
    • Manage the borrowing requirement through various products, term loans, NCD, Direct assignment, Securitization, CP, bonds etc, from with various NBFC, Mutual funds , corporates, Family offices and other external agencies for fresh fund raising.
    • Conversing with banks/ lenders/ other departments.
    • Assisting in developing new relationships with new and prospective lenders.
    • Optimize finance expenses i.e. interest cost and bank charges through regular review and monitoring.
    • Analyzing the Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash flow statements & Schedules for the purpose of arriving key Ratios.
    • Managing sanction related compliances & submissions.
    • SPOC for internal audit & statutory audit for financing & treasury.
    • Support the implementation & institute best practices in financing & treasury function.
    • Coordinating with different stakeholders & preparation of MIS, board updates and budgets for senior management.
    • Attending to banks/ lenders queries and requirements.
    • Preparation of Business projections on every quarterly/Half Yearly.
    • Preparation of MIS Reports, Cash Flow Statement for the purpose of reporting to the management & various lenders on monthly basis.
