Designation: Visual Designer Location: Jogeshwari West Experience: 3+ years relevant experience in designing for Software products/Web/Mobile Apps(iOS/Android)/HMIs/AR. Deep understanding of mobile, web and wearable design guidelines (Apples human interface design, Android design and other mobile platform designs, including Googles material design) and know how to adapt as well. Key skill requirement (Mandatory) Portfolio link with diverse work samples and live project work demonstration is a must. Have basic understanding HTML and CSS Familiarity Agile development methodology Knowledge of CSS, JS animations. Experience in creating high quality, intuitive illustrations/artworks. Experience with motion graphics, animation and video creation tools will be a plus Level Specific Accountabilities: Ideate on (Lo-Fi - Hi-Fi) wireframes and deliver intuitive, high quality visuals. Follow and develop design standards and guidelines in line with branding guidelines. Creation of custom icons, graphics and illustrations from scratch. Design and create branding collaterals for the product. Prepare design visuals/graphic theme for presentations. Continuously explore visual design directions on desktop, web, mobile and HMIs. Update and upgrades skills according to latest design trends and developments. Communicate effectively with other designers and technical experts. Define product visual language across the platforms which is uniform, consistent and most importantly scalable. Assist UX lead with User interviews and Usability Testing and other design related activities. Partner closely work with Developers and understand feasibility of the designed visuals as well as review developed product for quality. Scope of Decision Making: Operates within general work instructions and supervision of the end outcomes/results, typically focusing on projects within own area of expertise Takes decisions on relatively routine activities associated with the product development process, and escalates any deviations/hurdles Makes recommendations on matters in his/her specific area of expertise Key Competencies: Technical: Relevant experience in designing for Software products/Web/Mobile Apps(iOS/Android)/HMIs/AR. Experience maintaining high quality creative, strong attention to detail, operating in a fast-paced, iterative and agile environment. Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and translate those to visual representations. Strong attention to detail and pixel-perfect design.
