  • Position : Unit Sales Manager - Bancassurance
Job Responsibilities:The Business Development Manager has the responsibility of driving sales and achieving the sales target for the assigned bank branchesDrive sales and achieve targets through the bank branches Selling companys productSupport the CRO in his sales effort, in terms of generating benefit illustrations, accompanying on client calls if required etcThe Bank is the key customer of the Business Development Manager and he has to engage an open and trusting relationship with the Branch Managers/officers/staffEngage the employees of the bank branches in regular discussions to transfer knowledge about insurance, Companys product offerings and understand their issues/ concerns about selling insurance (if any)Ensure that all service requirements are met, medicals facilitated and customers are satisfied.Spearhead all lead generation initiative from the bank whether through walk in, data-mining, referrals and others.Key Performance Indicators :Qualitative Achieving sales targetsActivate & Penetrate branches for Insurance SalesArranging training programs for bank staff on products and selling skills Increasing productivity of bank branchQuantitative achievement of Monthly / Quarterly / Half yearly and Annual Sales TargetCriteria :Must GraduateAge 23 to 30Location all over mumbai
