Job Description

    Candidate with relevant Experience in Business Origination Segment Candidate should have relationship/network base in Large and Mid-Corporates Deal Structuring and negotiating with Clients on Fees and Covenants. Position will be location based, will require travelling, meeting Corporates, and PeerGroups like NBCs etc to explore opportunities of Funding Role involves credit, evaluating risk factors and identifying suitable mitigates andterm sheet preparation. Financial Statement Analysis, Financial Modeling and Due Diligence. Monitoring of the financial/operational performance and covenant monitoring ofthe portfolio post sanction through client interaction, site visits, engaging withconsultants and legal counsel and Portfolio performance review reports. Post sanction monitoring including post disbursement compliances throughcoordination with client and internal teams. Meeting Fee and Sanction Targets. Keeping the Stress accounts at lowest levelthrough regular and effective monitoring. Review and Monitoring to include regular clients discussions/meetings and sitevisits. Putting up review and other monitoring reports to the committee as per the creditpolicy. Handling Various Account Audits (Internal and external) and ensure minimal auditobservations and timely closure of the Audit observations if any. Understanding the legal & regulatory framework for each transaction.
