Job Description

    An Operations Manager in the Plastic and manufacturing industries typically oversees and manages the overall operations of a company or department within the industry.     Qualifications:
    1. A bachelors degree in a relevant field such as manufacturing, engineering, operations management, or business administration. A masters degree can be advantageous.
    2. Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in operations management within the plastic and manufacturing industries.
    3. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality control, and supply chain management.
    4. Proficiency in utilizing operational management tools, software, and systems.
    5. Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels.
    6. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges and optimize efficiency.
    7. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to manufacturing operations.
    8. Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and develop strategies for operational improvements.
