Experience:Relevant experience in sales planning and coordination in Furniture Retail Industry.Ready to Travel to various locations. Knowledge of E-Commerce and ERP. Overseeing inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout.Knowledge of organisational effectiveness and operations management.Excellent communication skills and Leadership ability.Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organisation.Assist Managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.Liaise between Branch and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.Build and maintain strong Branch relationship through regular meetings and communications.Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.Manage the administrative staff and train new hires on office policies and procedures.Oversee inventory of stock and ensure any low stock levels are immediately communicated to Senior Managers.,
