Acting as an extension of our clients infrastructure, we work on transactions ranging from multifamily apartment complexes to large office towers across the U.S. and European markets, with values ranging from $10 million to over $200 million USD.What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for an Operations & CRM Coordinator/Generalist to join our team. This role will focus on managing and improving CRM systems, providing investor support, and handling administrative tasks to streamline operations.Roles & Responsibilities
    • CRM Management: Set up, maintain, and optimize CRM tools (HubSpot or similar), update investor contacts, and document processes.
    • Investor Support: Respond to basic investor inquiries and ensure accurate record-keeping.
    • Admin & Logistics: Manage travel bookings, calendars, invoice tracking, and file organization.
    • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve workflows.
    • File and Document Management: Maintain organized records and documentation in line with business needs.
    Requirements Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
    • Tech-Savvy: Proficient with CRM tools and advanced Excel skills.
    • Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for accuracy.
    • Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and easy to collaborate with.
    • Proactive Attitude: A problem-solver who takes initiative to get tasks done efficiently.
    • Experience: 16 years of relevant experience.
    • Education: Bachelors degree (minimum).
