Job Description

Greetings of the Day. Dear Applicants We have an urgent Requirement for the OPERATIONS MANAGER PROFILE for the INTERNATIONAL BPO/KPO. Job Responsibilities :-

  • Motivate and inspire others to achieve individual and organizational objectives through highly visible and effective personal interventions.
  • Assign appropriate development opportunity projects in addition to their usual activities Develop, maintain and promote effective relationships and engagement with key stakeholders Skills

  • Demonstrates advanced communication skills oral, written and active listening (including participating in senior leadership presentations/meetings)

  • Creates compelling presentation content and participates in presenting materials with little guidance Demonstrates ability to convert abstract concepts into meaningful deliverable with little guidance Drives quality and effective risk management
