Operations ManagerAbout Company :MNCLocation : MumbaiExperience : 15 20 YearsFunction : Operations & Supply ChainVacancy : 1Purpose of the jobResponsible for the coordination and management of the Operations functions within the designated Manufacturing Legal Entity (MLE) to deliver profitable, quality products, meeting customer delivery requirements and achieving the companys overall business plans and strategies.Main tasks and responsibilities1. Develop and implement Operational Improvement Plan (in collaboration with Head of Operations PRN APAC) to meet the requirements of the mid- range plan and support the growth aspirations of PRN2. Ownership and accountability for the delivery of invoiced sales & GP RFC according to Sulzer guidelines.3. Responsible for achievement of operational KPI s, to include measurement, reporting and continuous improvement.4. Ensure full compliance to all relevant relevant management procedures5. Accountability for product quality and ensure compliance with relevant company standards and accreditations.6. Responsibility for the control of all related cost center budgets7. Responsibility for direct costs, overheads and absorption within operational areas, inclusive of forecasting these key financials.8. Drive operational improvements to deliver cost, OTD, OCT, product quality & customer satisfaction improvement.9. Responsible for Project Management, Operational Procurement, Logistics and Manufacturing activities through designated team.10. Instruct, direct, motivate, supervise and monitor the performance of all team members ensure succession is built into the organization11.
