Job Description

1) Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission - - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.Good communication skills5 to 6 years2) Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Content Development, Marketing and Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.Possess Analytical and problem solving skills3) Play a significant role in long- term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.Any Graduate4) Oversee financial management of events, planning, systems and controls.5) Management of agency budget in coordination with the Executive Director.6) Engage with stakeholders of the product to increase insight and refine analysis and make sure improvements in the product can be enacted promptly7) Regular meetings with Director and board members around progress of product, user satisfaction and discuss enhancements.8) Supervise and coach education coordinator, research, client service departments on a weekly basis.,
