Please go through the job description.Designation : Office ManagerExperience : 3yrs - 5yrsCTC: upto 3.5 LPALocation : Dadar West, MumbaiGender : Only FemaleIndustry: Accounting, Tax Consultancy & Wealth Management FirmRoles & ResponsibilitiesGreet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the officeDirect visitors to the appropriate person and officeAnswering screening and forwarding incoming phone callsReceiving and sorting daily mailEnsure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)Handling any enquires received from clients via phone, Email, Whatsapp or Social mediaProvide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/emailMaintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (Visitor logbook, Inward and Outward Register, Petty cash Book, Attendance Register)Knowledge of entire Net Banking Process online & Manual, RTGS, NEFT & IMPS, Online Internal Bank Fund Transfer etc.Timely order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock (Stationery, Pantry etc)Update calendars and schedule meetingsArrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchersKeep updated records of office expenses and costsCo-ordinating for any bank transfers or maintenance of personal accounts.Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and courier.Co-ordinating for any office maintenance or break downs.Preparation and Follow-up with clients for receivable and payables.Organizing of Cake and Snacks on Birthdays and Anniversaries of all employees.Maintaining of employee details during induction of new employee.Sending an email and text message to clients on their birthdays.Any other operational work which seems to be appropriate would be assigned.RequirementsProven work experience as an Office Manager/Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteHands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers, attendance machine)Professional attitude and appearanceSolid written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and MarathiAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues ariseExcellent organizational skillsMultitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksCustomer service attitudeMinimum Graduation in Commerce Field; additional certification in Office Management / Communication Skills will be a plus.Basic working knowledge of Tally Accounting & ERP Package will be a plusBasic Knowledge of Finance, Tax and Investments.Regards,Madhuri7767052124
