Our client has a requirement for HR Manager-Operations and Employee Engagement Head.(Media Client) Brief Roles and Responsibilities Design, Implement and Maintain best-in-class and progressive HR programs, policies, compliances, processes and payroll. Resolve employee and stakeholder queries in timely and effective manner. Implementation of policies, administering the welfare schemes, disciplinary proceedings including enquiries Build and maintain internal HR systems, databases and dashboards. Use HR Analytics extensively to influence decision making. Performance Management and Compensation Management. Drive end to end Annual Appraisal Process along with the HRBPs. Working with various functions and HRBPs to create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives in the area of Rewards, Townhalls, Employee Retention and Career Growth Drive Automation in HR function Preparation of HR Operations budget, Manpower Planning, Creating and driving functional budget along with other HR Verticals.
