The company details and Job description are as follows:Job Position: Medical UnderwriterJob Location: ChurchgateWorking Days: Monday - Friday (5 days)Review and underwriting of medical quotes received from insurance companiesPreparing premium chart, cost calculator and formula for renewal and quoting new accounts in the market.Close coordination with reinsurers for justifying the working quotes submitted.Working on new medical product development for segments like SME, individual/ retail etc.Coordination with TPA companies to understand the market information on medical and underwriting philosophies followed.Research on new markets for medical in South east Asia, Middle East and AfricaQualifications:MBBS/ BAMS or B. Sc graduate or M.
