Dear Candidate,Greetings!!One of our EPC MNC clients having their based office in Mumbai we are looking Process Engineer/Sr. Process Engineer.Seekout Online. is an organized head hunters and staffing partner specialized in Oil & Gas, Power, Offshore in design engineering and construction area.To know more about us visit our website which will update you about our services and activitiesJob Description /Responsibilities:-

  • Preparation of PFD, Mass Balance, URS, FDS, Cycle Time Analysis etc.
  • Calculation for Utilities, Peak Loads, Pipe/Pump sizing, Equipment capacity, and other accessories capacity/load/size
  • Preparation of P&ID, TS, DS, BOQ, Tender, Validation documents (VMP, FAT,KOQ, PQ etc)
  • Equipment Size & Selection, Vendor Evaluation, Techno-commercial Report Preparation
  • Site execution of validation activities
Basic requirement:
  • Knowledge of Biotech engineering / Bio chemical unit operations/ Bio processes
  • Knowledge of Biological plant design
  • knowledge of AutoCAD (Not compulsory )
  • Knowledge of various Regulatory / GMP / Statutory requirements related to Biotech manufacturing (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of engineering guidelines like ISPE, ASME, ASME-BPE, ASTM etc
Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill.
  • Excellent problem solving and time management skill.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized
  • Ability to work in groups/as a part of team
  • Maintain performance in demanding situations
Qualification:-
  • B Tech/ BE- Biotech or Bio Chemical or Chemical Engineering / Bio Process Engineering (8 - 10 Years experience)
  • M Tech in biotech / M Sc in biotech
