Job Description

    Review and design architectural and engineering plans. Candidate should have adequate data base of supply chaindepartment in terms of Material procurement at best rate from themarket as well as Civil/Labour contractors who are willing to workPan India and help in timely completion of projects. Experience in designing, coordinating, data maintaining andexecution of Greenfield (i.e. Open land) and Brownfield (i.e. alreadyconstructed premises) projects of size between 10,000 to 1,00,000sq. ft. Ensure all plans are compliant with governmental health and safetyregulations. Research and maintain knowledge of various engineering disciplines,application methods, and materials. Ready to meet clients online/offline for first meetings Monitor the work of other Architects and making recommendationsor scheduling workshops as required. Provide guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, andelectricians, and helping them interpret design specifications. Liaise with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timelymanner, and that project requirements are met. Ensure the team works together to achieve set goals and targets. Act as a mentor to new Architects and helping them fine-tune theirdesign skills and improve their industry knowledge. Network and consult with various industry professionals. An impressive portfolio and several years working as a HealthcareArchitect. Willingness to work overtime and travel Pan India for projects asrequired. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills. Detail-oriented and highly analytical. In-depth understanding of CAD, AutoCAD, Revit and latestsoftwares. Deadline-driven and dedicated to excellence. Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design, or similarpreferable. Masters Degree in Architecture or Design if required.
