      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Manage application under 24X7 operations Production support 2 Independently handle application monitoring, deployment, version upgrades 3 Follow incident management and release management standards 4 Providing production support including triage, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and resolution 5 Provide proactive solutions to address potential issues 6 Understanding of all elements of the software development life cycle
      • Technical Experience : 1 Exposure of leading an effort to interact with multiple teams in understanding, analyzing the application needs for Upgrades/Migration/Decommission 2 Have worked and has Diverse Technology exposure that would help understand the nuances of technical upgrade 3 Exposure to discreet set of application from different technology landscape and come up high level estimate and execute the plan with the team
