Job Description

Create C-Level Relationships with the Named HostersDevelop, define and execute joint marketing and GTM programs with named hosters focused on top vertical and horizontal market segments.Develop and implement strategy and framework to support large transformational pursuits.Serve as a key member of the Business Development team in helping to define and deliver Amazon Web Services overall go-to-market strategy for SI.Set a strategic business development plan for target markets and ensure its in line with the Amazon Web Services strategic direction.Execute the strategic business development plan while working with key internal stakeholders (e.g. service teams, legal, support, etc.).Lead and manage the solution development efforts with named hostersIdentify specific customer segments and industry verticals to approach with a joint value proposition for using Amazon Web Services .Position Amazon Web Services for internal use by the solution provider organizations.Interact with the partner s customer base to ensure they are successful using the Amazon Web Services services, making sure they have the technical resources required.Ensure that Amazon Web Services is the partners preferred cloud computing platform across all service lines.Understand the technical requirements of the APN partners and work closely with the internal development team to guide the direction of the product offerings.Understand and exploit the use internal Amazon Web Services systems.Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management teamUtilize CRM systems, data warehousing and other analytic tools to establish detailed metrics., Have a broad based understand of cloud technologiesThe right person will have a balanced technical and analytical background and possess extensive sales and/or business development experience.Extensive channel experience across India is a requirement.Experience working within the enterprise software industry is highly desired, especially in the virtualization, cloud or enterprise software spaces.Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.Exposure to and experience is developing channel programs to deliver sustainable revenueBachelor s degree required; MBA and/or Computer Science or Math background highly desiredStrong partner network Across IndiaThe right person will possess 10+ years of sales or business development experience in the software / technology industry Visible IT Industry thought leadership on relevant topics related to enterprise IT infrastructure and adoptionExperience working with/for Systems Integrators and knowing the market landscapeBroad based technology experience including cloud computing, big data and analytics, networking, security, storage and ongoing infrastructure management
