Job Description

URGENTLY REQUIRED FEMALE, HR PROFESSIONAL WITH GOOD EXPERIENCE IN GENERAL HR WITH CORE PROFICIENCY IN USE OF ANY STANDARD PAYROLL SOFTWAREIMMEDIATE JOINING OR AT SHORT NOTICE REQUIRED

  • Position: HR EXEC. (PAYROLL & GENERAL HR)
  • Location: Saki Naka near Metro station
  • Products: Consumer durables/ appliances
  • Salary: Rs 25000 to 27000 pm all inclusive
  • Reporting to: HR Manager

  • Our client is an established manufacturer of consumer durables and appliances.
  • The co. is part of a fast growing group of cos. which manufacture, market and export a range of consumer durables and appliances, Induction Cookers, Irons, Air coolers, Gas Stoves, Hand Blenders, Water heaters, Wet Grinders, Mixer Grinders, Tower Fans, food Processor, Emergency Lights, etc).
  • The co. has multiple manufacturing facilities across Maharashtra and Gujarat and offers good work environment
Primary KRA:
  • Independent charge of handling all payroll and related statutory compliances for all employees of the plants.
Other responsibilities:
  • Assist in general HR and administration including recruitment, OD, training, attendance, PMS, appraisals and increments, employee engagement initiatives
Candidate profile:
  • Female graduate with PG in HR / personnel management
  • Trained and fully familiar with any standard software for managing payroll, deductions and related statutory compliances. Must be able to handle payroll responsibilities immediately.
  • Experience in all aspects of general HR including policies, recruitment, manpower planning, job audits, employment engagement, training, etc
  • Preference would be for candidates from manufacturing sector, but not essential
  • Must be familiar with statutory laws pertaining to Shops & Establishments Act. Exposure to Factories Act would be advantage
  • Min. experience 5 years, age profile 26 to 35years
  • IMMEDIATE JOINING REQUIRED
