Job Description

    Hello,We are hiring payroll executive. Following are the Job roles.-1. The Human Resource Department performs various activities.2. Such as processin, maintaining salary details of every employee inte organization.3. keeping track of deductions, time and attendances, loans, allowanceand bonuses.4. Candidates must know how to generate challans like PF, ESIC, PTRetun, Ensuring timelines are met for salary disbursement andstatutory comapliance.5. Ensuring EmployeeBenefits including employee reimbursements asper rules and regulatios of income tax.6. Responsible for MIS and analitics regarding payroll and employeebenefits with standardization of reports for better decision making.7. Collecting daily, weekly or monthly timesheets8. Calculating bonuses and allowances9. Preparing employees compensation by the end of each monthusing payroll software10. Proven work experience as a Payroll Officer, Payroll Clerk orsimilar role11. Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors12. Good knowledge of labor legislation13. Time-management skills14. Ability to handle confidential information15. Tally expert, mail drafting and fluent English
