Handling end to end payroll processing. Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data Handling Payroll compliance PF, ESI, PT, LWS, TDS, Minimum wages. Including follow up for payout and challans Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave encashment Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes Handling Employee Benefits Group Mediclaim & Group Term Life etc. Handling Investment verification Handling external as well internal audit Excellent written and verbal communication Excellent knowledge of excel and macros will be added advantage Maintains confidentiality of data Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Comfortable working in extended in work timings. Working Hour: Monday to Friday(9.30 am to 6.00 pm) Looking for Male candidates Only ,
