Responsible for new client acquisition, building new relationships and increasing depth in existing relationships with High net worth clients.2. Accountable for developing and implementing an integrated customer marketing plan, which meets client needs and identify opportunities and match these opportunities to products/ solutions provided by the organization.3. Will be primarily responsible for identifying, and souring UHNI clients / Corporates / M-SMEs for equity investment related Solutions .4. Pitching In-house PMS, Research products, Advance Trading Portal, AIFs a Niche Platform for Self-Trader. Along with the bouquet of other financial needs such as Financing / Protecting of the customer5. Generate revenue from PMS, Research Based Offerings, Derivative, Interest Income thru MTF (Margin Trade Funding)Facility, Commodities & Currency other Distribution Products6. Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly/quarterly basis.7. Understands clients risk profile and maximizes the risk vs. reward balance for individual clients by optimizing product mix.8.
