  • Role :Application Developer
  • Role Description :Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

      • Key Responsibilities : a Lead the effort to design build and configure applications acting as the primary point of contact. b Complete technical design documents for customizations Interact with onshore team for questions requirement clarification c Develop customizations Unit test customizations Support break fix during system test and UAT Support code deployments
      • Technical Experience : 1 Support developers in testing customizations invoice templates and reports 2 Support system testing 3 Support break and fix testing during system test and UAT
    • Professional Attributes : a Must have Good Communication skill Capable of Client facing b Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience c Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving d Excellent communication skills flexibility responsiveness e should have Handled Team of 10 to 12 junior Developers
