Must be necessarily proficient in Load Runner. Should have executed at least 2 large scale engagements with Load Runner.Experience in creating workload models and collecting performance requirements from the stake holders.Good understanding of technical architectures and networking concepts.Other requirements: Experience in interfacing with the customers.Ability to analyze and articulately summarize performance testing reports for the different stake holders.Ability to mentor development teams and guide them in resolving complex technical issues encountered during testing.Understanding of latest technologies and tools in the performance testing space and an ability to evaluate, select and propose tools and technologies to meet the requirements.,
