    Skills: Performance TestingExperience: 4-8 YearsMax Pay: 4-5 Years 5 LPA 5-8 Years 6.6 LPAJoin In: Immediate or 15 Days.Location : only Mumbai (pl propose the local candidates only)Position:- 12 No sJoining date:- ImmediateJD:-Should have at least 4-8 years of performance testing experience with at least 4+ years using LoadRunner toolExcellent customer handling and communication skillMust have worked with complex data set upIntegrated different types of data and parameterized the scripts with data from different input sourcesShould be able to do scripting and analysis with LoadRunner toolShould have worked with monitoring tools like Introscope, site scope etc., and should be able to analyze the results from these toolsShould be able to analyze the LoadRunner results and identify the bottle necks to the application teamProvide suggestions and recommendations on areas where the application can be fine-tunedGood database knowledge (Oracle or SQL server), to the level of understanding the procedures/queries/SQL statements (Desired),
