    Roles & Responsibilities-Handle a team of 6-10 programmers. Extensive experience in PHP, Laravel, MySQL, CPanel, FTP, Git, UI/UX, AWS, and APIs. Experience in MGMT Tool usages like Zoho, JIRA, and Slack. Experience in creating Code, Framework & Database Architect. Experiencein Task breakup, Delegation, Guidance, and getting deliveryof products.Skills Required-Guide Team into technical system architecture, review code, and merge into UAT and production. Motivate the team to finish deadlines. Improvise code logic. Monitor the applications functional & non-functional aspects.Behavioural Skills-Communication Skills to handle a team of juniors.Understanding skills of the Business requirement into SRS.Qualification- B.Tech or M.tech in computers/IT/ Software
