Appropriately project-manage pitchbook document creation, focusing on the development and execution of excellence in written and visual communications for stakeholders in Sales. Project management of multiple documents with tight deadlines (local, regional and global). Manage and monitor workload to ensure that all internal/external deadlines are met. Manage pitchbook documents - developing and executing excellence in written pitch communications for stakeholders over a geographically dispersed region. Escalate problems and issues appropriately for resolution in advance of project deadlines.Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with internal clients in Sales with a view to understanding cultural nuances both of team and stakeholders to enhance engagement & profile of the Pitchbooks team. Evaluate pitchbook processes against firm and industry standards to ensure that JPM s product is competitive. Work in partnership with Proposals, Knowledge, and Design including effective engagement and communication to ensure execution of group strategy. Ensuring adherence to SOPs detailing step step-by-step processes for BAU activities. Continually seek ways to improve processes and implement improvements/changes.,
