To improve the quality of placements, namely, better companies & higher salaries and comparable to best management institutes of similar class in the country.Plan & implement soft skills enhancement programmers, Resume writing, mock interview, GD & aptitude tests to prepare students for final placements.Sourcing the profiles from various Job portals, Networking, Head Hunting, references and creative sourcing techniques which include Self- created database, own network of contacts and Social NetworkingAcquire new Clients and requirements and will be responsible for signing MOUs. Will be responsible for all Pricing, negotiations and finalizing business contracts.Lead and manage the team of recruiters, Business HR and BDEs towards the numbers needed as per individual KRAs.Close the sourced requirements / positions with the candidates be it internal or external.Will be handling requirements for in-house job openings and close positions with the right candidates.Strive to ensure that there is a pool of good quality candidates in the database for hire at short notice.
