The rolePlanning and Control ManagerYour responsibilities will include: Managing and overseeing project controls for the project delivery. Overseeing all planning and controlling activities associated with production schedules, manpower/ material planning and programming financial budgets for the business. Creating and coordinating planning and budgeting. Formulating strategic and tactical plans to enable the site to meet or exceed the goals of the company. Managing the overall project coordination and management. Planning includes but is not limited to manpower and staffing, budgets, capital and general or administrative planning. Utilising data to depict trends, making forecasts and depicting data and information in a clear and precise format. Providing guidance and consultation for project managers. Creating presentations for executive level viewing. Performing other duties as assigned. The requirementsYour experience, knowledge and skills need to include: Minimum 12-15 years experience. Experience in high rise project (50+ floors) with ACS/ jump formwork construction system planning. PMC experience. Indian experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Indian languages. We are seeking people that have worked for blue chip, western project management or cost consultancy organisations or the international main contractors.
