JobDescription for Plant Finance Manager
q Operate as Plant /Factory/ Lab Finance Manager coordinating with other functions in plant viz,procurement, SCM, Logistics, Production, Quality, Regulatory, HR & Admin toensure adequate financial and cost control on various transaction.
q Ensure complete complianceof SAP in MM, FI, SD and Production modules on regular basis
q Control and monitoring ofinventories, coordination for regular update of BOM of various products,monitoring of timely liquidation of inventories, short expiry tracking andensure DPO days within AOP target range.
q Complete control on Costof Manufacturing, Cost of Labor (Casual and Permanent) Cost of Development andCOGS
q Work with R&D team inthe plant to prepare the commercialization and revenue plan and monthlymonitoring of R&D projects and prepare for its financials review.
q Prepare the Plant P&L, monthly MIS andother performance presentations along with observations and feedback for improvement.
q Check all the plant /warehouse logistics, packing and supply chain expenses and ensure correct andtimely recording of the expenses and ensure no cost overruns in logistics cost.
q Ensure all GR/IR arereconciled and closed on monthly basis
q Control over Capexapproval, recording, maintaining Fixed Asset Register, Assets tagging for bothproduction and R&D assets.
q Physical verification ofinventories and fixed assets at periodic intervals and reconciliation with SAPrecords.
q Coordinate with plant teamsfor adequate data recording for DSIR, R&D benefits, Grants, Govt. IncentiveSchemes and support in preparing the required documentation for submission toauthorities.
q Ensure complete complianceof GST and other regulatory compliances in the plant / factory and support inmaintaining of adequate records to indirect tax person.
q Prepare the transferpricing from factory to Distribution / sales organizations or entities.
q Provide all requisitedocuments and support for timely completion of internal and statutory audits.
Qualification and Experience
CA / ICWA / MBA with minimum 3-5 years experience
Strong Plant / Factory / Diagnostics Lab experience
Presentable communication skills
Diagnostics Division - Will operate fromChennai IVD plant and responsible for AMTZ Vizag plant
Medical Imaging Division - Will operate from NaviMumbai plant and responsible for Patalganga Plant, AMTZ Vizag plant
