Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Looking for a Plant Head/Manager for an oilfield equipment manufacturing company. Ideal candidate will be someone having 10+ years of experience in manufacturing of oilfield equipment, wellhead, downhole tools, well completion tools, drilling tools

  • A good team Leader.
  • Should have good knowledgeabout CNC and VMC Machining.
  • Practice API norms for manufacturing and review all the documents required to maintain the APIcertification.
  • You will be responsible develop a network of machine shops so that work can be delivered on time to our clients.
  • Whenever required you will follow up with vendors for supply of components as per designs for delivery in good time.
  • Planning of Raw Material with Steel Mills for all our activities.
  • Responsible for maintaining quality during internal machining.,
  • Work towards Project execution, Help Sales team to Prepare Tenders, Participate in Bid Negotiations & Introduce new ways to increase production capacity,
  • Handle Manpower supervision on Work Over in safe and sound Environment.
  • Prepare Technical Documents for Marketing and Communicate with customer on a Day to Day basis.
  • Providing manufacturing support to the design team Only candidates having experience from relevant product experience must apply
