Job Description

  • To run the extruder machines, as per training given and maintain cleanliness of machines
  • To check and ensure its functions are all going well.
  • To ensure running grades should come on higher quality, maintain machine temperatures.
  • To endure Granules being cut packed are in desired shape.
  • Any abnormality found or observed in any machinery, inform immediately to concerned department like Quality, Maintenance, electrical also inform to head of shift in charge.
  • Maintain reports of daily production, also monitor hourly output.
  • Also involve in planning of preventive maintenance of machineries as and when required.
  • To prepare MIS as and when asked by the seniors and HOD
