Job Description

Portfolio ManagerLocation: MumbaiPrerequisites:

  • 13+ years of prior aligned work experience in technology centric services and possessing good understanding of Engineering and/or Manufacturing offerings for the Industry cutting through all popular Industry sectors
  • Worked extensively in drawing GTM strategies and support in filling of strategic research findings to tweak the technology roadmap of the Biz unit (Engg services BU mandatory)
  • Worked with Engineering Technology hubs and Innovation companies with contribution in understanding the technology space and drafting their offerings
  • Ability to understand embedded product sub blocks and how it is plugged in core Engineering domains like Medical, Storage, Automotive, Energy Utilities, Industrial, Aviation etc
  • Strong expertise in working with cross functional and Engineering stream pools, understanding the core identities and chalk practice level and Business unit level identities in technical space
  • Prior experience in supporting Engineering technology groups either service providers or consulting
  • Strong hold and understanding of the technology space and its nature of business applicable, so that plugging the required offerings can be done smoothly
  • Experience in addressing large deal RFPs and crafting the outline of the responses
  • Experience in handling large deal RFPs
  • Proficient with all niche and next gen tech domains (AI, ML, Cybersecurity, AR, MR, VR, Bigdata, Blockchain, IOT etc.)

  • Support senior leadership and management in portfolio management and broadly covering the following:
  • Engage with sales and practices to build and develop portfolio relevant collaterals and associated knowledge management
  • Market Intelligence: Provide research and analysis support on prospective customers, competitors, trends in focus sectors and markets and its implications for the portfolio
  • First hand pulse of the market and to carve out the offerings to best suit the Industry landscape for service providers like us
  • Interface with all internal stake holders and glue the content creation for addressing responses to requirements
  • RFP screening and understanding the big picture perimeter of the ask. To be able to provide bird s eye view of the requirement scope and work with identified entities / teams who need to be a part of the end to end response
  • Collaboration with multi Biz Units.
  • Mature level of insight in the ecosystem of Engineering product development both in terms of technical scoping and landscape spread
  • Proven experience in working on Battle cards, Sales Collaterals & Book of Offers within the scope of domain and org level
  • Understanding the top-level concepts of Embedded product development and its architecture.
