Job Description

We provide equity strategies across regions, sectors, styles and the market cap spectrum.As an Investment Specialist professional, you will focus on growing the business through new clients, expanding existing relationships and delivering new product, as well as retaining current assets. You will be part of a team maintains a strong communication framework to provide new and existing clients with detailed and regular insights. You will work with the team on prospective opportunities and supporting existing client relationships. You will focus on managing our regular updates to clients through pitchbooks and data-led reports, while learning about our business.Job Responsibilities:
    • Update, maintain and improve client materials including pitchbooks and review material
    • Respond to adhoc requests from stakeholders, with an initial focus on data-led queries
    • Complete updates to the consultant databases working closely with the dedicated team
    • Complete requests for proposal (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs) and due diligence questionnaires, with an initial focus on data-led components
    • Attend meetings and take notes for Investment Specialist team use, while activity supports developing written skills and deepening knowledge to leverage in client work in future
    • Liaise with JPMAM client service and reporting teams, and the technology team to streamline/automate/verify client data and reporting (standard/customized/ad hoc)
    • Monitor industry databases and publications for relevant environment, competitive and marketing information
    Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
    • 2-4 years experience with financial product analysis, marketing or client services
    • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
    • Willingness to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong numerical, analytical and problem solving skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word and skilled in PowerPoint
    • Skilled in Microsoft Excel (VBA knowledge not required)
