The Product teams, comprising of Research analysts, Investment Specialists (IS) and Portfolio Management teams are responsible for providing additional insights to our securities coverage universe, strategy design, commercializing and monetizing our strategies. The current opening is within group which forms part of the Marketing group within AM India Client and Product. Asset Management Digital, Data, and Distribution (D3) Marketing Team: Asset Management Digital, Data, and Distribution (D3) Marketing is a specialized team of subject matter experts in the areas of digital tools, web experiences, automated distribution (e-mail, thought leadership, events), data analytics, and sales experience (CRM). The team s purpose is to deliver business outcomes through integrated client journeys that generate pipeline sales opportunities, increase client engagement at critical decision points, and increase the productivity of the client distribution organization by delivering timely insights and information. Within D3, the Business Integration & Change Management team manages the overall Product Operating Model governing agile development and coordination of our D3 products, business case development that informs further investment in our D3 roadmaps, and performance tracking through OKR s and metrics tied closely to business value. Also included within the team s responsibilities are vendor engagement excellence, and risk & controls governance across D3 properties. Responsibilities / Key Deliverables:
    • Support AM Digital, Data & Distribution (D3) product teams within AM Marketing to develop financial business cases to support further technology and marketing investments, including MROI and NPV projections
    • Aggregate performance data sets from different systems to build consistent financial performance dashboards for each D3 product, to be combined into the development of an overall AM D3 product value book
    • Support performance tracking against the Objectives & Key Results (OKR s) for each D3 product, working closely with area product owners and area product owners to verify and communicate progress and results
    • Build knowledge of the underlying business drivers and metrics of AWM Marketing division
    • Maintain excellent relationships with channel marketing teams and marketing centers of excellence, including Busines Intelligence, Asset Management and Private Bank acquisition/deepening marketing teams, Digital Marketing, and finance partners
    Qualifications :
    • MBA or advanced degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering or other quantitative-focused field preferred
    • Relevant experience in performance / data analytics and/or financial analysis preferred. financial services / marketing industry preferred
    • Experience using computer languages (Python, Pyspark) to manipulate and analyze large datasets
    • Knowledge of variety of machine learning algorithms (linear regression, logistic regression, SVMs, Tree-based models, neural networks, etc.) and techniques (cross validation, feature selection approaches, hyper parameter optimization, missing data imputation etc.)
    • Project Management Background, Product Owner Certifications and AGILE Certifications are preferable
    • Self - motivated and independent worker
    • Strong financial modeling, communication and presentation skills and confidence to work directly with senior managers across Digital and Marketing organizations
    Skills
    • Understanding of Asset Management business (Investment Management, Mutual Funds, Managed Accounts, and/or Separate Accounts) preferable
    • A passion for technology, financial services and asset management
    • Demonstrable professional user story writing expertise and presentation/story telling skills
    • Ability to explain complex ideas and methods to business partners is essential
    • A balanced approach combining judgment, analytical rigor, curiosity, open-mindedness and creativity
    • Ability to hit the ground running and deliver results in a high-pressure environment
    • Strong execution and organizational skills; strong attention to detail is a must.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects; adhere to deadlines, deliver results and work independently.
    • Highly self-motivated individual with ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
