Job Title : PPIC Executive / Supply-chain Executive (Customer Support)Creation of Sales order.Creation of new artwork checklist and Co-ordinate with Production team to create/Update new Packing material codes in ERP.Prepare/Update Production planning sheet.Prepare/Update open order statementCo-ordinate with Procurement team to make RM/PM available as per production schedule.Co-ordinate with production team / QA / QC for packing list & COA release date.Communicate goods readiness with customers.Plan the Dispatches of manufactured goods with help of stores and logistics Team.To do periodic evaluation of the production and procurement plans and in case of any variance or deviation from the approved plans, inform to all concerned person and reporting manager.To inform all delays in production plan timely to reporting manager for necessary actions.Responsible for evaluation of Batch sizes based on new POs.Any other Task assigned by the reporting Manager.Desired Candidate ProfileExperience 3 to 5 years (Pharma Sector Preferred)Candidate should be Degree Qualification in B. Pharma / M. Pharm / M. Sc / B. Sc / B.comYou should be good in MS Office, ERPSoftware SAP Experience (Preferred)Excellent Communication SkillsLocation - Mumbai
