Responsible for managing self and assigned team targets and maintaining relationships between the business vertical & its clients. Measuring the ratios with respect to sourcing, interviews, offers and joinings and communicating to team. Identifying bottlenecks in the recruitment process and points where the performance is suffering. Identify the recruiters lacking motivation or in need of a helping hand. Support HR in the training initiative by conducting trainings and attending trainings. Retention of key team-members.
